You think I&#8217;m obsessed with this book and the movie. It&#8217;s in my favorites. I&#8217;m not obsessed, unless I&#8217;m obsessed with Harry Potter, The Fountainhead and The Body of Christopher Creed.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Perks-Being-Wallflower-Stephen-Chbosky\/dp\/1451696191\/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1470794199&amp;sr=8-1&amp;keywords=the+perks+of+being+a+wallflower&amp;linkCode=sl1&amp;tag=tdspeirs-20&amp;linkId=50ac520416d96033f61dcd8f26ebc277\">The Perks of Being a Wallflower<\/a> falls cleanly into the category of teenager meltdown, yet it does not read like a copycat. I&#8217;ve not read many books formatted as letters that I liked, but the letter format of this book mostly disappears as the story takes the lead.<\/p>\n<p>Okay, for all my loving <a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Perks-Being-Wallflower-Stephen-Chbosky\/dp\/1451696191\/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1470794199&amp;sr=8-1&amp;keywords=the+perks+of+being+a+wallflower&amp;linkCode=sl1&amp;tag=tdspeirs-20&amp;linkId=50ac520416d96033f61dcd8f26ebc277\">The Perks of Being a Wallflower<\/a>, I don&#8217;t have much to say about it that doesn&#8217;t give away the greatness that lies within, so this Book of the Week is short, but you can call it sweet.<\/p>\n<p>Oh, now go read this book!<\/p><\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" height=\"1\" src=\"https:\/\/ir-na.amazon-adsystem.com\/e\/ir?t=tdspeirs-20&amp;l=li3&amp;o=1&amp;a=1451696191\" style=\"border: none !important; margin: 0px !important;\" width=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A few of you knew this was coming.
