Unless you want to prove me wrong, in which case I admit I&#8217;m not completely committed to either of these two parties either.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Every person, group of people, nation or empire suffers pains, dark moments and crises from time to time. Sometimes these are huge, larger-than-life realities, while other times they&#8217;re like a minor prick that disappears after a forgettable instant.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>These are the times to remember that while we cannot change the past, we can start fresh each moment. Yes, it&#8217;s understandable and reasonable to see patterns and expect similar outcome results, but every moment is an opportunity for everything to change.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>We may find ourselves in the worst situation possible. All the world may be against us. We may even hate ourselves.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Every day is a new day.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Every day holds the hope that we bring it.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>We can find ourselves in the worst situation possible and yet soar like an eagle. All the world may be against us but that doesn&#8217;t mean we have to give up. We may even hate ourselves but that need not be.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>We may not always be able to choose where we are or what we do, but we can always choose what we will think and feel and become.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Even in the darkest times, hope is what we make it.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Depending on who you ask, the world&#8217;s never seen better days or we&#8217;re starting the descent into deep, apocalyptic collapse.
