Ever since my laptop screen went haywire, I have written very little at all; however my total year\u2019s word count was so far ahead of schedule that I only fell behind my goal just a few days ago. Not bad!<\/o:p><\/div>\n

During that time I have done a lot of thinking and some reading. I decided that I don\u2019t want to write for writing\u2019s sake, but rather write what I want to write. So I\u2019m somewhat revamping this blog, but to kick it off I figure I should list my all-time favorite books. Harry Potter<\/a> takes up so many of the top spots that I\u2019m listing my top twenty favorite (nonreligious) books.<\/o:p><\/div>\n

There are at least a few books I haven\u2019t yet read but intend to that I am pretty sure will make this list – The Count of Monte Cristo<\/a> by Alexandre Dumas<\/a> and Atlas Shrugged<\/a> by Ayn Rand<\/a>.<\/o:p><\/div>\n
