Don’t get your hopes up. I just wanted to list some of the books, movies and shows that I love which inspire in spite of all the darkness. Some of them I shouldn’t be admitting to but I’m including those. Here they are:

4. The Giver (I actually really like the movie even more than the book, and I love the book)
5. The Perks of Being a Wallflower (once again movie and book)

8. The Body of Christopher Creed
9. A Separate Peace
10. 500 Days of Summer
11. Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones
12. Ender’s Game
13. Peter Pan (and all The Little White Bird goodness)

Lucky number 13 is, ironic as this sounds, a book/series I absolutely hate as well. Anyway, I’ll add links when I’m at a computer this weekend. Don’t analyze this list too closely, however, because you’d likely discover some disturbing trends. Or not so disturbing. Either way.
